As a member you will receive three issues of the Journal annually. This high-quality publication features articles of famous people, cases, and seminal events in the Court’s history. Past contributing authors have included sitting and retired Justices, Solicitors and Attorneys General, and prominent members of bench and bar, as well as many of the nation’s most respected historians. The Journal is replete with numerous rare and interesting historical photographs, and is edited to conform to an engaging style that draws in the reader. Every third issue is comprised of the text of the lectures delivered in the preceding Leon Silverman lecture series. Much of the cost for the Journal is defrayed by special contributors, including: Gregory Joseph, The Carnegie Corporation of New York, The American College of Trial Lawyers and Moore's Federal Practice.
We have provided two articles (below) from a recent Journal. Unfortunately due to publishing rights we are unable to provide images for these online articles, the printed Journal is fully illustrated.
