Michael J. Brodhead is a professor of history at the University of Nevada at Reno.

David Eisenberg is a third year student of Georgetown University Law Center and a graduate of Brandeis University.

Milton Handler is a partner in the firm of Kaye, Scholer, Fierman, Hays & Handler. He is a former Professor of Law at Columbia University School of Law and a member of the Society.

Craig Joyce is an assistant professor of law at Vanderbilt University, a previous contributor to the Yearbook and a member of the Society.

Cornelius Bryant Kennedy is the society's executive director. He also serves as counsel for the firm of Armstrong, Teasdale, Kramer & Vaughan in Washington, D.C. and has written extensively on constitutional law, public policy law and administrative law.

Robert W. Langran is a professor of political science at Villanova University and a member of the Society.

Rex E. Lee served as the solicitor general of the United States from 1981 through 1985. He is currently a partner in the firm of Sidley & Austin in Washington, DC and is a member of the Society.

Karl-Heinz Millgramm is the assistant to the dean of faculty of law of the Ruhr-University of Bochum, West Germany. He is a member of the Society, and in 1985 led a five-week tour of 5 faculty members and students to the United States.
Antonin Scalia is a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. He has also served as a professor of law at Georgetown Law Center, Stanford Law School and the University of Chicago Law School.

Stephen M. Shapiro is a former deputy solicitor general of the United States. He is currently a partner in the law firm of Mayer, Brown & Platt in Chicago and a member of the Society.

D. Grier Stephenson, Jr. is a professor of government at Franklin and Marshall College, a co-author of the text, American Constitutional Law, and the author of numerous other works on that subject. He is also a regular contributor to the Society 's Yearbook.
